CHAR'S BUTTERED CORN

Things you will need:

• 3 cans of whole kernel corn, drained
• 1 small onion, chopped
• pepper to taste
• 1 stick (1/2 c.) butter or margarine

No, I'm not joking!  :-)))))))  This is my husband's absolute favorite, I think.  He could have this every single day.  He has always told me that he doesn't know what I do, but I make the best corn he has ever had.  Well, here it is!

Combine all ingredients and simmer till onions are tender and liquid is just about completely evaporated....leaving the nice buttery flavor.
