receiving it otherwise you will automatically be deleted
from the ring.
The fragment MUST appear on the URL you submit to us
when applying to join. If you have any problems please
mail me and I will do my best to help you.
When you receive the fragment, please be sure to fill in
your ID number in the code where prompted.
