Call your friend she/he can tell you some advises how to get happy again .. if you don’t want to talk about it just ask him/her about he/his day and you can laugh about hes/her mistakes that he/she did . …  or you can talk about cute girls/boys ore ugly clothes that you seen !

Write in your diary it helps always

Write a letter to someone you like

Watch at TV (comedy) and laugh to all the funny stuff that they say/do

Write a list whit all the things you're good at (and don't lie to you self.....)

If it don’t work I’m a idiot !
