Lightness is a weapon
In addition to the qualities shared by
all BAR rifles, the BAR Light has the added advantage of being very compact and, at 400 g,
very light. It is thus more "responsive" and will also be lighter to carry
during hunting expeditions involving long distances or difficult conditions. All BAR
rifles are admirably suited to the mounting of a scope. |
New characteristics:
- Light alloy monoblock receiver.
- Improved balance thanks to a better weight
distribution.
- A 51 cm barrel providing compactness and
making it easy to carry and fast to handle.
- A new adjustable Battue-type rib with an
optical fiber foresight.
