| DUTRONIC IN LONDON |
| On June 23 Dutronic played in London E1 at The Spitz. Jacques Dutroux, Ina Dutronette, Pol de Lux, Didi d'Anvers and (not on pic) Wendy Dutronette entertained the London incrowd who obviously had a good time. Lenie, who organized everything, did a tremendous job. She was also one of Les Actionettes, a 12-girl dance group who gave away an utterly amusing set of 20 minutes dancing on great French girlie tunes. A lot of members of other UK bands were present, including Nick Nasty, Babz & Josh, a Discord and a lot of bands even I've never heard of before. Also a small Belgian delegation made it across the North Sea. A night never to be forgotten, but a too short one... And those who were there put the Dutronic gig as one of their fave 2001 gigs. In Holland Dutronic was announced by the local promoters as the wildest new pop sensation from the Belgian festival season. |
