| Steve and I both are great fans and collectors of POPEYE. We hope he has a great Birthday! Several years ago Steve made a proposal to Marvel to publish a Popeye Graphic Novel. It almost happened...but sadly the plans and lawyers couldn't agree. I hope you enjoy the POPEYE cartoon above. Steve is the illustrator of course! |
