So long it may make me cry.
Where would you have been seen or heard since you
started broadcasting?
Hallam fm, Aire fm, DIY and property programmes across ITV.
Yorkshire TV, Tyne Tees.
Worst on-air moment (embarrassing or otherwise)?
So many I am a regular on blooper programmes.
Being caught with my lips stuck to my script..don’t ask I was blotting my lipstick! …telling early morning listeners that “Robert Maxwell had his private PARTS shredded”..should have been papers!
Any ambitions left?
If my career stopped tomorrow I have achieved
far more than I ever dreamed!!
Best advice that you've been given and why?
Always be polite and professional, you never know who you will
meet on the way down the career ladder
Any hobbies or special interests?
Throwing my poor body round the gym, music, cooking and laughter!!
Any advice for those who want to get started in broadcasting?
Get any voluntary work you can, a day spent making coffee for people is a really good way to get to know an industry and make friends!
