The Document Setup is at 1024 x 384 to create your scene.
Putting 2048, for the final render, with the Contrain Proportions
checked, will give you a 2048 x 768 image.
( For two monitors at 1024 x 768)
If you prefer to work in Camera View, it is setted indentical
to the Director View.
The skies are not spherical, so by moving the Cloud Height
number by number, you will have a dramatic cloud change.
The Frequency will move the clouds up\down, in fact it's front\back.

Example of the images Earth and Earth Clouds applied to two Spheres.
Theses images have been loaded two times in the Texture Source Editor.
Don't forget to set the mapping from Parametric to Spherical.
The Sun/Moon Shadows is set to 90 and the Soft Shadows is unchecked.
The background have been added in Paint Shop. It is a photography of the Constellation Scorpius
taken by the Hubble Space Telescope (NASA / ESA)..
