Updated paper about the E-4B that circled over the White House on 9/11.
The article has the full commentary regarding the 3 new stunning photos (also below) that we recently pulled from some raw CNN footage from 9/11. We found this footage some weeks ago in the CNN archives. It has never aired on US TV -- nor on the internet -- until now. It gathered dust for almost 6 years at CNN. The video and still shots remove the last shred of doubt -- and prove that the world's most advanced military plane circled above the White House on 9/11 at about the time of the Pentagon attack.
This is the only article about this important event, and is also the most comprehensive available discussion of the USAF E-4B "doomsday" plane. This evidence alone ought to be sufficient grounds for a new 9/11 investigation. It should also be helpful in persuading Democrats to "get off the fence" and support the immediate impeachment of Bush and Cheney. On the 9/11 news Nanoprobe73 found another plane completely white, except for its small signature at the side and a bump on Bush's 9/11 trajectory, it says that Bush stopped to greet airforce personnel at two different moments on that awful day, this is that plane (Involved somehow on the "9/11 operation"):

The importance of the previous footage and the next is that Gaffney declares:
"This agrees with the story in the Omaha newspaper. Verton also identified the airport as Andrews AFB. Later, this same E-4B joined President Bush at Offutt AFB, where Verton says he spoke with his informant by telephone the day following the attack."
Also, Gaffney wrote:
"At 9:06 AM Andrew Card, Bush’s Chief of Staff, came up and whispered in Bush’s ear: “A second plane hit the other tower. America is under attack.” At which point the Secret Service should have immediately hustled Bush out of the school to
safety."
However, what is more astounding is that two networks at least, CNN and ABC reported that Bush was informed of the "9/11 Operation" going on even before entering his limo to go to the Booker Elementary School:

JOHN COCHRAN reporting: Peter, as you know, the president's down in Florida talking about education. He got out of his hotel suite this morning, was about to leave, reporters saw the White House chief of staff, Andy Card, whisper into his ear. The reporter said to the president, 'Do you know what's going on in New York?' He said he did, and he said he will have something about it later. His first event is about half an hour at an elementary school in Sarasota, Florida.
JENNINGS: Thanks, John. John Cochran with the president. The president's in Florida today pushing his education reform. It will get wiped off of the agenda today in view of this extraordinarily serious accident.
[Again it did not got wiped off Bush's crooked 'agenda']:
This article provides a careful analysis of available evidence that suggests
the various stated timings of the "event" at the Pentagon , that are
in the public record do not reflect confusion, but a deliberate attempt by the
military make a "best fit" to exonerate their apparent (and evident) "stand
down".
Briefly it is an attempt to explain this.
"The 9/11 Commission Report, published in July 2004, acknowledged
this problem,[10] then announced a second revision of
the timeline. According to this latest story, the FAA wasn't merely tardy, no,
it failed completely. In other words, the FAA neglected to notify NORAD that
Flights 175, 77 and 93 had been hijacked until after the planes had
crashed."
The author claims this elastic timing was explained (and required) by an
overhead AWACS E- 4B plane that was controlling events....
"Based on all of the above, I believe that the US military announced the original 9:43 AM Pentagon crash time to conceal the presence of the E-4B over Washington. A week later, when the military revised the cover-up, they moved the
timeline forward by as much as they dared. The 9:38 AM crash time should therefore be understood as a "best fit"
that succeeded in masking the presence of the E-4B on the one hand, while
minimizing the evidence pointing to a stand-down on the other."
It is a
lengthy, detailed and well reasoned article which to anyone interested in the
discovering the correct version of events on 9/11 should read ... and pass on.
It is extraordinary, that in a world of atomic clocks, when your checkout bill
is timed and dated to the second based on an international time standard, that
the most accurate way of timing the Pentagon event is by a battery powered
clock that fell off the wall of the heliport pad office when the explosion occurred.
Of course that is only one of the very many extraordinary things that happened
that day.
The belly of the E-4B was filmed
from Arlington and aired by the BBC of London and by numerous international TV stations (by ABC and Canal 5 in Spain, by Telemundo in Mexico, etc.); the still frame picture of the same E-4B belly was taken by Linda Brookhart who was near the Old Executive Office Building, located immediately next to the White House and presented in the film 'Loose Change version 2'; the side of the E-4B was aired by the Discovery channel in their documentary "Flight 93, the Flight that Fought Back", which had Kiefer Sutherland from the TV series '24' as its narrator, program produced by a London-based company named Brook Lapping which told Mark H. Gaffney that they used the E-4B footage under license from FOX News, which holds the copyright, FOX led Gaffney to a company called ITN Source, which handles all of FOX's licensing contracts. However, a search failed to locate the short segment in the FOX News archive, at which point Gaffney was informed that there was nothing more they could do. Gaffney's repeated attempts to contact the FOX legal department were also fruitless. FOX never responded to his queries. Evidently the same thing has happened to others. According to Linda Brookhart, "Every time someone has tried to research this plane it becomes a dead end (email from Linda Brookhart, March 25, 2007.)" All of this underscores the urgent need for a new 9/11 investigation: It must be nonpartisan, independent, adequately funded, and empowered with the authority to subpoena witnesses. Representatives of FOX News must be brought before a genuine panel and made to testify under oath about the whereabouts of this important evidence; and why it was made to go bye-bye. The same advanced aircraft plus many more

Immediately
BEFORE THE ATTACK, a white orb
was seen passing very close to the surface of the WTC2 and seemed to be
unaffected by the explosion and, as in the first attack performed against
WTC1, it seemed to be the trigger for the explosions as it continued its
way passing also close to the surface of the nearby building. This one was
