NIGHTLIFE COLUMN ALISSON GOTHZ

For the past 6 years "GRIND" has been one of the most incredible parties in Brazil. Started as a small get-together for gays and lesbians into rock'n'roll, nowadays "GRIND" expended its limits and gathers all sorts of people, from goths to ravers, from dragqueens to dykes, from indie-kids to new romantics. The party starts every Sunday afternoon at 07:00 PM and goes all night long until 06:00 AM.  Normally at midnight they have some amazing pocket-shows with performers such as Victor Piercing, Michael Love and Regis Der Fesche. GRIND is held weekly at "A Loca", a dark, misterious dungeon-like club which has been one of the greatest places for alternative culture in the city for the past eight years.                                                                                                                                 ALISSON GOTHZ
