Programme:

Friday
We arrived at 8pm, settled in then went for a walk in the rain.  Supper was slices of pizza then we decided what patrols we wanted to be in, and made name badges & patrol posters.  We chose our own patrol names - sparklers, firecrackers and "les Plots"!  The guides were in bed by midnight but let's not ask what time they were actually asleep!
Saturday
Breakfast, clear up, duties
Snack - fruit
Site activities - crate climbing, archery (choose one or do both).  Everyone had a go at crate climbing and most people tried archery.  While we were waiting for the instructors there was time to try out the adventure play area, which had ropes, tyre swings, a swaying bridge and a scramble net.
Tuck shop was open and everyone went & bought sweets, badges & souvenirs.
