Please bring anything you’d like to paint (eg. a t-shirt), one item per guide will be provided. Risk of paint spills on clothes!

Please bring any cosmetics, hand creams, nail care, hair accessories. Please also let us know about any skin allergies or sensitivities!

The form must be returned by 4th May. A snack will be provided at the end of the ride. Parents and friends welcome. Please bring a bike(!) with working lights, suitable clothing, drink in a bottle AND A HELMET
