HE WAS A WONDERFUL PERSON NO ONE REALLY UNDERSTOOD HIM,
ONLY ME AND MY AUNT TINA
HE LOVED US BOTH THE MOST AND WOULDN'T DO ANYTHING TO HURT US,
HE WOULD DEFEND US THROUGH THE THICKNESS

Well what can I say, Joey, here it is 8 yrs later and I still feel the pain I felt the day you were gone, and I wish you were here with me... A couple of years ago, I saw the movie "Murder in the First," and how much I cried because I wanted to have Nikko on your birthday. How much that movie touched me in the way I thought so much on how it related to you. I cried and asked the Lord to let me have Nikko on your birthday, and to my surprise I fell into labor the morning of your birthday and had Nikko at 1:44 p.m. I was so happy but when he came out he didn't cry at first and how worried I was. I asked Nanny if he was alive and she said just wait, and then he cried his 1st cry and how I thanked the Lord for answering my prayers, and how happy Nikko has made me feel. When I look at Nikko, I see you so much. He has the same color hair as you and he's so talkative, like you. I just know that I've been sad on your birthday for the past 8 yrs with an exception of Nikko's birth, that here it is 8 yrs on Sept. 14th, that I know for a fact I will be celebrating for you too. I just wish you were here to share it with him...

This is our newest addition to our family, our "Danny Boi." He is also a gift for my sadness. wow, it's 8 yrs since JoJo left us, and it still hurts like it was yesterday... just waitin' on the day for him to come home, but he has to wait on me to go home now when i make it to heaven doors....

A note from Danielle about the song playing on JoJo's site ~
I was listening to "One Sweet Day" by Mariah Carey and Boyz 2 Men, and it says what happened to me and JoJo - I took his presence for granted and now how much I wish he was here to talk and laugh with. I just can't believe how this song still makes me cry to this day, it's like yesterday we were kids and now it's like JoJo is far away from me, not in my reach. So I was just wondering if you can make that JoJo's theme song for his page, it fits so perfect...

Pete's Dragon was one movie I can remember about him when we were kids, and it always makes me
think of him. When I saw this picture of Elliot the dragon, I cried cause memories came that he's not here any more
and it makes me sad, sigh.

Nikko Angel Rodriguez, Romelo's newest little brother, born on JoJo's birthday.
My angels gave me someone special to help me with my sadness...
