Daffney

On April 4, 1998, I adopted a white cat from my local SPCA. There were so many cats to choose from, but it was the charm of this skinny, flea ridden white cat, with a smudge on its head that grabbed my attention. She was labeled a DSH, seven month old, unaltered “stray”.

Daffney has a lot of character to her; she can be a poised lady one minute,

and a total tomboy the next.

I liked the name Daphne for her feminine side. I changed the spelling a bit, because she’s just a little “Daffy” too!.
