A new roof for the old highway barn - December 11.

Mid-afternoon - December 13. I took this one mainly for those of you in warmer climates, so you can see what you're missing. By the next morning we had about nine or ten inches of fairly dry snow.

Work at the Chambers home at the corner of Hopedale and Freedom streets is continuing. Since much of the work is being done by volunteers, it's particularly busy there on weekends, and both sides of Freedom Street are usually lined with cars, vans and pickups on Saturdays and Sundays.
