The picture above shows an earlier model of the pencil sharpener than the one shown in the letter.
		And there you have it; it's a pencil sharpener according to Mr. Bengtson. This letter was in the files of the Hopedale Historical Commission. The sharpener shown in the letter is a later model than the one shown in the lower picture, so evidently they were produced for a number of years.
