It seems quite possible that the building shown in green on this undated map could be the one that makes up most of the picture in the Cotton Chats article while the somewhat attached red part (It may be difficult to see here but on a good copy of the map you can see that the two are connected.) shows on the right and is what we now know as The Little Red Shop. In the picture on the right, the part indicated by the red arrow and red outline is what may be The Little Red Shop; the part shown in green on the map hiding most of it. This part doesn't project out as far as we might expect, but although the Red Shop is now ninety feet long, that wasn't always the case. It was originally much shorter than that and was lengthened twice. The picture above also shows that the part on the right was two stories high, which is also shown in another early picture.
