The Parklands, 1913 Map by landscape architect, Warren Henry Manning You'll have to scroll around a lot to see all of this map, but I wanted to have all the small print on the original map easy to read. Manning worked with Frederick Law Olmstead for nine years and then formed his own firm and did a large number of landscaping projects throughout the country. In Hopedale, he designed the Parklands and also the yards of a number of the mansions. In addition to the Parklands, the Town Park is at the lower left of the map. Map Menu HOME |
