Juvenile charged with
                    vandalizing gravestones

HOPEDALE - A 16-year old boy was arrested Tuesday and charged with possession of a Class D substance (marijuana), five counts of destruction of property, seven counts of vandalizing gravestones, and larceny.
   The Hopedale boy was arrested at 11 p.m. on Plain Street, after police investigated a report of vandalism at the nearby cemetery.

After reading the article above, I went to the cemetery, hoping the vandalism wouldn't be any worse than spray painted stones. As you can see from the pictures below, it was much worse than that.
  
   The family names on the stones were of two families prominent in South Hopedale long ago; the Warfields and the Greenes.
