I took these pictures of buttonbush on July 10, 2006. So far I've seen about twenty of them on the shores of Hopedale Pond. One is a bit upstream and "around the bend" from the Gannett place on the west side, and there are others are on the east side; some are a bit upstream from the remains of the Cutler Bridge and some are a bit downstream. A few days after taking these pictures, I saw several more buttonbushes along the pond in the Lake Street area.                 Wildflower Menu        Next           HOME
