This little patch of evening primrose was photographed in June 2004 near the bridge over the Mill River between the two Draper parking lots.  It's a biennial and during its second year it blooms from June until September. When I went by the area in 2006, it had been cut over and I didn't see any of it growing there. It shouldn't be hard to find, though. It's quite common in fields and along roadsides.
