. Spotted touch-me-not, also called jewelweed, the amazing plant with coil-spring propelled seeds. Walk through a patch of it in September and you'll feel some of them as they hit you. Take a close look and you can find the spring. The little area I clear to plant a few vegetables produces a better crop of touch-me-not than tomatoes if I don't keep it weeded.
