February 16, 2001 David filed for I-129F Petition for Alien Fiancee, commonly known as K-1 Visa. May 16, 2001 Three months after David's official submission, the petition was granted. July 10, 2001 Grace left Manila and flew to Los Angeles, California.

August 10, 2001   David and Grace got married civilly at David's hometown, which is Bakersfield, California.

September 10, 2001 Grace filed her I-485 Application to register permanent residency/adjustment of status along with I-765 Application for Employment Authorization. October 12, 2001 Grace received in the mail her EAD -Employment Authorization Document  December 10, 2001 Grace's I-485 INS application to register permanent residency has been granted.  

January 06, 2002   Grace gave David a surprise birthday party attended by their relatives and friends.

June 13, 2002 Before leaving for their planned visit to the Philippines they found out that Grace was pregnant.

June 26, 2002 David and Grace tied the knot for the 2nd time at Sanctuario De Santo Cristo in San Juan, Manila, Philippines.

January 20, 2003 Grace gave birth to a healthy 7lbs. & 4 ounces baby boy whom they named Dawson which means "son of David" in the bible. His full name is Dawson Dean Pearson.

May 01, 2003 Apart from being a computer programmer David was
assigned as their company's (
PEP's ) official web  designer. David's now designing several websites.

Sept. 23,2003 After passing the notary exam, Grace took her oath
and was certified as California Notary Public.

January 20,2004 Their son Dawson Dean Pearson turned one-year old. The celebration was held at John's Incredible Pizza in Bakersfield, California. 

February 25,2004 Grace attended the 1st annual American Film Market for 2004 at Loews Hotel in Santa Monica, CA

March 10, 2004  David and Grace signed their loan documents to purchase a Shenandoah house in Eagle Ranch Victorville, CA

March 24, 2004 Grace flew to Cannes, France to attend MIPTV '04. The
annual global television and motion picture convention of media executives around the world.

March 27, 2004 David along with Grace's mother moved to their new  home in Eagle Ranch, Victorville, CA.

May 22, 2004 David and Grace had their housewarming party that was
warmly attended by families, friends and neighbors.

Sept. 10, 2003 Grace submitted her I-751 application for lawful permanent residency status. June 18, 2004 Grace's I-751 INS application for lawful permanent residency has been granted. A month later, she received her 10 year permanent green card in the mail.

August 25, 2004 David launched a commercial website which he created as part of his side job.

Sept. 04, 2004   David joined Victor Valley R.C. flyers club

Sept. 29, 2004 Grace flew back to Cannes, France to attend MIPCOM '04.

Nov. 03, 2003    Grace attended the 2nd American Film Market in Santa Monica, California

Nov. 14, 2004   Grace officially filed her N-400, Application for
Naturalization. 
Dec. 28, 2004 Grace reported for USCIS  fingerprinting. April 13, 2005 at 2:50PM Grace's naturalization/citizenship interview. 

Nov. 20, 2004   David placed 5th best pilot at Victor Valley R.C. flyers Fun Fly event

Nov. 21, 2004   It snowed in Victorville - fun family Sunday event! 2nd day

January 29, 2005 David and Dawson's double birthday celebration.

May 26, 2005, 8AM at Pomona, California Fairground - Grace Citizenship Oath Taking Ceremony.

  David, Grace and Dawson Dean established a Filipino grocery store business called Boracay Filipino Market located at 14425 7th Street, Victorville, CA 92392.
