THE DUKE
LONDON DEBUT
DUKE CONQUER UK, NEXT STOP NYC

ARSENAL OF MESH TIGHTS, WIGS, AND HEELS PROVES LETHAL TO HELPLESS BRITONS

May 6, 2005 (London) - The two fallen cherubs of New York's Duke return from their whirlwind UK tour triumphant. After getting airplay on UK radio trendsetter Resonance FM, Duke got the crowd at Kashpoint so riled up they were invited to perform at The Cock, the club made famous by Scissor Sisters.

And after The Cock's crowd was beside themselves with adoration, chanting the band's name, they were asked back again, to play at the wildly influential industry-favorite monthly series The Cock Live.

As if that weren't enough to make the trip a success, London producer Warboy asked to produce a track with them.  With Princess Julia's help, the track, "Danger," should be completed soon.

In addition to "Danger," Duke are currently putting the finishing touches on a fistful of singles, to be ready for release just in time for their return to the UK and full European tour this fall.

Duke now set their sights on New York, with a series of shows in town:
