That we often forget,
which can make the biggest difference
but it is times, like today
Which remind us to say










Deep in my heart,
you have touched me
you made a difference
with how I look at the world





You accepted me,
when I did not accept, myself
When I did not like how I felt
When I thought the world was hopeless
You were there










I might not have said it than
But I want to say it now
Thank You for being there
Thank You for being you
Thank You for not sitting in judgment
Thank You for listening, when no one else would
Thank You for teaching me,
that there is a higher level of friendship
than I have ever known
Thank You for the Sunshine, the laughter and smiles
Thank You for patience that warmed my heart
Thank You for watching over me










You have listened to my fears
not that you could take them away
but you were there, willing to share them with me
You would cry with me in my sorrow
and helped with understanding the why
You would distract my mind
to give it rest from the pressures of the world.
And for all of that..
I love you.. and words will never be enough
but it is always nice to hear
