You are free to use any graphics on these pages, with the exception of the Designs by Dee set here.  All that I ask in return for providing these free graphics, is that you:

1.  Give me credit for creating them by providing a link back to me, so others can find my site.  All of my background sets have matching logos that you can place on your page. Or if you'd like, you can use the banner below. Link them back to: http://www.oocities.org/deesdesigns

2.  Do not put my graphics on any commercial Web page (any business page, or page which generates income for you in any way). 3.  Do not include any of my graphics in any graphics collections or galleries of any kind without my permission.  These graphics are of my own creation, and this is the point of origination for them.  If people like my graphics, let them come here to get them. 4. Do not alter my graphics in any way (includes cutting, copying, and pasting my original images into something of your own design, such as banners or logos).  If you need something altered, please e-mail me.  I'd be happy to make something for you. 5.  Please save my graphics to your hard drive by right-clicking with your mouse and selecting the "save image as..." option.  Then upload them to your own Internet Service Provider's server.  Do not link directly to my pages.  If I see this becoming a problem, I will frequently move things around, and you will lose the graphics on your page.

Use of my graphics on your page(s) constitutes agreement with these Terms & Conditions.  Going against any of these things is considered a violation, and is very bad Netiquette.
