In this tank we try to combine our professional vision and knowledge background to focus on the mission of "managing our natural resources correctly to improve people economy growth". Propose to build such coordinated information agent teams among several rural areas in whole country of Indonesia to have a solid forum in the cyber. The forum will focus on how to encourage people to develop their economic activity based on their own natural and human resources. Each info-agent team shall represent their area, inform their strong and weak points to other info-agent teams and create economic plan together based on common optimization analysis resulted in the forum.
Pembinaan Usaha Rakyat dengan Bantuan Kolektif
Government of Indonesia provides soft loan for people in the rural communities in order to encourage their economic growth. Unfortunately, most of them unable to utilize this facility. They take it, but they can't use it as what govenrment planned. The fact, the result still the same. No economic increase. Because there is no chance for people to do the business. All they can do is to improve their farming production. The problem, they can not market their products. Markets are belong to the traders who don't care to the producers.
Purbako is a method or policy how to optimize that fund facility. The main line of Purbako is that loan will only be given to the group of farmers who already have a business team with feasible business plan. The business we expect is agribusiness. It should cover from end to end, means, from farming to processing, so the product is easier to market. This to avoid too much dependency to the traders. To achieve this, business team must be professional team. They share quota and consolidate their production plan among all Purbako guided business units in the country using RCF program.
