I can help with other states but, Oregon Is my specialty. I have found my 3 birth sons all before they turned 18. I can let you in on a few secrets as a B-Mother. Since I had no say at the hearings in court or otherwise because I myself was in the clutches of CSD since I was 11 years old in Portland, Oregon. They stole my boys from me. They even put false allegations against me on paper, and in the courts. My weapon of choice Hospital Birth Records. We have rights to them. Follow the trail of papers, names of doctors, case workers, and of the foster parents names, addresses, phone #'s and a whole lot of info on you and your child, and in no time you will be reunited to. I Believe: After 14 years of everyone dismissing anything I had to say about my being wronged by CSD. Being treated unfairly as if I was the one who couldn't get a grip on reality. Treated as if I were guilty of a crime I did not due. Paid the price by loosing 3 of my children. That should have never been taken. CSD is treated better than the average tax paying Joe by our own government and protected. Where I ask you is our protection even as minors. Where is our tax dollars really going? Where and When will the children's voices be heard and accounted for in the foster system why not wait till the child can speak. Why not make CSD get a Hospital report from the Birth Hospital.(Not CSD's so called Doctors) on the child when they claim the child was born on drugs. Or any other horrid accusations they can throw at you to buy time to attach the child to other parents because in the long haul they will use that attachment to the foster parents against you. (Sad Yes and Very True their Case workers are very misleading out to make a buck and feel they are saving your baby from some awful parents that just so happen to have never done anything wrong. So CSD has to make up stories as they go along to buy time. To keep your child from bonding with you. Note: I am currently Living and working in Florida, I'm married with 2 children. Have found my 3 sons and, told I could not contact them anymore because they were acting up and not listening to the A-Parents.
