| We are blessed with so many things in life And if we take the time to look around us We'd see the beauty of the world. As we should give thanks for this precious gift. Never should it be taken for granted. With each day comes a new beginning For mistakes we may have made We are given another chance. With each new blessed day As our troubles will fade away... Children playing around us with so much yet to learn Their little faces full of excitement. Innocence in their hearts As they apprecite all that is around them. And if we took the time to watch them It would be us that did the learning From the miracle God has given each parent When he sent them a child to love As he gave us a gift of remembering our youth... Couples in love Holding hands as they walk thru life together With hearts full of warmth Knowing it's a wonderful world And as their smile lights up their lives The reflection of love shines in their hearts for all to see For love is what makes the world a better place... One day when we lwast expect it someone enters our lives And they make an impression that stands out from any other We give them a title as we name them our friend From that day forward a friendship grows With hopes that things will never change Becuasse the impact they have on us Will change our lives forever For life without friendship would leave sadness...
