1982 TOYOTA SUPRA
7M-GTE
This originally owned 1982 MkII Celica Supra was a primary driver from 1982 - 1997. Inspired by Reg Riemer, I began a 1987 7M turbo engine transplant in 1998. Because of time restaints, the transplant was not completed until late 2001. Needless to say, the performance difference is extreme with a 225hp 7M-GTE replacing the stock 140hp 5M-GE engine. This car should be able to butt heads with the best of todays mid price sports cars.
