Just a little note: some of the titles may be different from those that you are used to. That is because there don't seem to be any standard English translations for the Japanese titles. The gist of the titles should be the same, though.

Phantom And a Rose -- "Sad town" music, heard in places like Pandora.
Together Always -- The cheerful music heard during the very first story sequence, that in which the Boy is playing with Elliot and Timothy.
Fond Memories -- Heard when the Girl discovers that Dyluck is alive.
Into the Thick of It | 2 | 3 | 4 | 5 | -- Heard in the fields.
Color of the Summer Sky | 2 | 3 | 4 | -- "Happy town" music, heard in places like Kippo Village.
Dancing Animals -- Music heard when you are captured by the goblins and are stewing in their cauldron.
Distant Thunder -- Another field theme.
The Little Sprite -- The theme of the Sprite Child, also heard in Kakkara.
It Happened Late One Evening -- Cheerful song heard in the Dwarf Village.
In the Darkness' Depths -- The theme of the dwarves' town.
The Holy Intruder -- Heard in Mana Seed palaces that are occupied by monsters.
Secret of the Arid Sands -- Heard in the desert.
What the Forest Taught Me | 2 | 3 | -- Heard in the Upper Land forest.
A Wish -- Heard in the Crystal Forest of the north.
Spirit of the Night -- Heard while something sad is happening.
Did You See the Ocean? -- Reprise of "Wild Fields", this is heard outside the "dangerous" Dryad Seed palace.
Danger -- Boss battle theme.
The Orphan of Storm -- ??
Where the Wind Ends | 2 | -- Heard in the Lofty Mountains.
Flight Bound For the Unknown -- First flight theme, heard while riding Flammie.
Eternal Reccurence -- ??
The Legend -- Heard in Joch's cave.
A Bell is Tolling -- ??
A Curious Happening -- Music heard when the strange group of thieves pops up (the thieves who leave you with Kilroy in the Underground Palace, and also the same ones who imprison Salamando).
King of the Seas -- Heard in the Sand Ship.
Star of Darkness | 2 | 3 | Remix |-- Heard while the Mana Fortress is being raised from the water, while Flammie is hovering around the area and trying to rescue you. Also heard outside the Dryad Seed palace when it is time to enter the Mana Fortress.
Premonition -- The last flight theme, heard after the Mana Fortress has been raised into the sky.
Steel and Traps | 2 | -- Heard in the Imperial Palace in Northtown.
A Prayer and a Whisper -- Heard in peaceful Mana Seed palaces.
Ceremony -- Heard in various ruins.
Morning is Here -- Music heard in the Mana Fortress, when the Mana Beast arrives.

Curse -- Not so much music as sound effects, more like sound effects from the Lich.
The Oracle -- Battle theme heard while fighting the Dark Lich (Thanatos) in the Mana Fortress.
An End -- Heard when Thanatos is defeated.
I Will Never Forget You -- Heard when the Boy's mother is speaking her last words to the Boy.
This Sole Wish -- Heard when the Mana Beast is sighted.
Meridian Dance | 2 | 3 | -- Battle theme heard while fighting the Mana Beast.
Now Flightless Wings -- One of the ending themes (the first one).
The Second Truth From the End -- The second ending theme.
I Closed My Eyes | 2 | 3 | -- Music heard while going to sleep.

Unnamed SOM music

Unknown Town Theme -- Music heard in the village of the Lofty Mountains, and in certain fields. I can't figure out what it is called.
