Marinated Asparagus |
3 large cans of green asparagus 1. Bring to a boil: 1 c. sugar 1/2 tsp. salt 2/3 c. white vinegar 3 sticks of cinnamon 1 tbsp. celery seed 1/2 c. water 2. After boiling, remove cinnamon sticks. 3.Pour over asparagus and chill for 24 hours. This may be served with stuffed eggs or stuffed celery. |
