Parmesean Basil Crudite Dip |
1 c. sour cream 1 c. mayo 1 c. fresh basil 3/4 c. freshly grated parmesean cheese 2 tbsp. capers 1 tbsp. chopped sun dried tomatoes packed in oil 1/2 tsp. fresh ground pepper |
1. Combine all ingredients. 2. Refrigerate for up to 24 hours. 3. Let warm to room temperature 30 minutes before serving. Serve with crackers, bread sticks, or raw vegetables. |
