| 2 large cans golden hominy Two 8 oz. cans of tomato sauce 7 oz. chopped green chilis 1 med. onion chopped 1 small package of Velveta 1/2 tsp. cumin 3/4 lb. of 3/4" pork cubes (any cut) salt and pepper |
