Marinated Rib Eyes
4-1 lb. ribeye steaks
1 bottle or can of beer (Red wine makes a great substitution)
1/4 c. Lea and Perrins White Worchester
1/4 c. soy sauce
1 minced clove of garlic
1 tbsp. fresh thyme
1 sliced red onion
1 tbsp. sugar
1/8 c. oil
1. Mix all ingredients. Marinate steaks 12-24 hours.

2. Before grilling, brush steaks with olive oil and sprinkle with fresh ground pepper, pushing the pepper into the meat.

3. Grill over hot coals, until desired doneness.

Tip:  You can learn to tell the doneness of a steak by pressing on the center with a fork.  The more the steak gives, the more rare it is, the less the give, the more well done.
