Spring Rolls |
3 tbsp. soy sauce 3 tbsp. rice vinegar 3 tbsp. sesame oil diced ginger to taste 1 tsp. garlic, minced |
1 lb. ground pork 3 center pieces of celery, minced- leaves included 1 tsp. ginger, minced 1/4 lb. of bean sprouts fresh 2 bay leaves several sprigs of thyme 1 tbsp. parsley 1/4 tsp. white pepper 1. Mix first 5 ingredients. Let sit overnight. 2. Place remaining ingredients in a skillet on medium heat. 3. Add marinade, and cook until browned. Reduce heat to a simmer for 15-20 minutes. 4. Wrap into spring roll wrappers. Steam or deep fry. |
