Chapter six.....

Well, here we are in the middle of October, 2001…..and we are still waiting for Moo Cow, and the female dog to decide what they are going to do regarding the termination of parental rights. They have had this paperwork since August, and have done nothing with it! Surprise, Surprise! (I am soooo shocked) Meanwhile, Brian has inquired about visitations, and has been denied at every inquiry….so, he’s in limbo. Hmm….seems like we went thru all of this before, being in limbo….much like when Moo Cow refused to sign the divorce papers and end her farce of a marriage to Brian! Well, we prevailed in that one, so perhaps, something will happen this time around too!

Brian and I are still expecting, and are hoping for a girl. Brian’s brother and his wife are also expecting, and just recently found out that they are having a girl…..they will only be a couple of months apart!

During the past couple of weeks, I have received a couple of IM’s from suspicious people….I’m not going to include the names here, since I can’t prove with out a shadow of a doubt who it is, but suffice it to say, that it matches perfectly with someone else’s initials. This person went on to harass me online, so much so, I had to change my screen name. Needless to say, I’m keeping all evidence that I have, and have already forwarded it to our attorney, and will take it to court if I have to, the harassment has to stop someday!!!

Well...here we are in the Middle of November, and still....waiting on the legal papers, and as usual, Moo Cow and the female dog have lied. We were told that the papers were filed, but upon checking over the past several weeks, we find that they were not!! Brian and I are hopefull that this will be resolved before the new year...(keeping our fingers crossed anyways)

I am looking into filing Pro Se paperwork for my own Custody modifications, and have talked to Larry...so , I am waiting for that, so I can file all my own paperwork, and motions. I am hopeful that this will be sometime in January when I can complete this!

Chapter seven.....
