Bopis Bopis is another yummy treat I used to enjoy as a child. My children liked it too for the interesting variations in its consistency brought about by the crunchy cartilages in contrast to the soft lung tissues. Chuck Roast Beef Caldereta Caldereta is one sure recipe to satisfy the taste buds of Americans. I love using the chuck roast and let it simmer in the ingredients in the slow cooker. Husband-approved! Leche Flan Leche flan has always been my favorite dessert which I used to prepare for holidays. While hubby is not a big fan of custards, my in-laws have liked it.
