What the Hell is Taito/Yamachi?

glad you asked, however you may not be glad you did after I tell you what it is. ^_^ So just sit back and relax cause its going to be a bumpy ride!

OK well first off, you have to understand how this stuff is set up. These pairing names are created using either the first or last part of someones name and mashing them together with anothers.

For example:
TAITO= Taichi x Yamato
This is done by taking the first part of Taichi's name "TAI" and the second part of Yamato's name "TO" so you get TAITO.

YAMACHI=Yamato x Taichi
Same technique but now the order has been switched. First part of Yamato's name "YAMA" and the second part of Taichi's name "CHI"

So there you have it the origins of Taito and Yamachi.

Whats the difference you ask? k but you may not like this....

Taito is usually used more often because it is more popular, however it actually means that Tai is the dominant in the relationship, in other words he is on top.
just like this-
Tai takes advantage of the situation as usaul ::Goes into sensory overload:: *_*
My Tai really is persistent isn't he?

Yamachi is used for those ppl who believe that Matt will become the dominant and be the one on top.
like this-
Matt: I said I want to be on top Damnit!
Tai: Matt I never knew you could be so forceful, I kinda like it Matt: I said I want you and I want you know Tai!
Tai: ok... but be gentle
Matt: I make no promises
Tai: I don't know whether to be excited or fearing for my life
Unfortunately the ppl at Toei probably don't think Matt as the dominant type cause they don't really show him being aggressive, well he does get mad and yells, but whenever he is around Tai he gets kinda quiet and just stares at him. So you decide which you prefer. Frankly I rather think that Tai and Mat will have dominance issues. Which means MORE BITCHFIGHTS!!!! WOOHOOO!!!
