Kevin Moore was the original keyboardist for Dream Theater. His work can be heard on When Day and Dream Unite, Images and Words, Live at the Marquee, and Awake. His greatest contribution to the band was the song Space Dye-Vest, which he wrote both the lyrics and music to.

Kevin left the band before the Awake tour, because of personal stylistic differences. Kevin then began the Chromakey Project, which he has been with ever since.
