Baechu Kimchi (Cabbage kimchi) the staple of any good Korean meal. This is a basic recipe, but there are many different ways to make kimchi. | ||||||||||||||
Pajon (Home-style green onion pancake) This is very delicious and comes in many styles. Usually a side dish. | ||||||||||||||
Chopchae (Sauteed Korean noodles with vegetables) A wonderfully sweet dish. This is very common to take to parties and other get togethers. Also a common side dish. | ||||||||||||||
