Yeah, that's right, "War Is Hell". Or at least, so they say. This is a pic of Dad (Center), the "always ready" Marine in Australia just after Guadalcanal. Dad always swore that he was really sober in this picture. Anyway, I thought this would be a good choice for a page opener. |

Although the first few pic's are of Dad during WW2 (in other words, long before me), the rest of the pages are mostly of me, early in my Air Force career (such as - just after leaving basic training at Lackland AFB), or even before that. | ||||||||||||||||||||||||
