First flag of the CSA
These two flags above are both considered as the First National flag of the Confederacy, they're referred to as the Stars and Bars.  The flag on the left served from March 1861 to May 1863 although it saw use until war's end in 1865, and the Confederate states represented (in order of adoption) were South Carolina, Mississippi, Florida, Alabama, Georgia, Louisiana and Texas.

The flag on the right was intended to represent the entire Confederacy, as it was during the war, but can't be considered an "official" flag of the Congress of The Confederacy.
The flag above is the official Second National flag of The Confederacy, and includes (again, in order of adoption/secession) Virginia, Arkansas, Tennessee and, North Carolina.  Two other states are represented, even though they never "officially" seceded - Kentucky and Missouri.  This flag was adopted in May 1863 because of problems on the battlefields with flag recognition.  The original Stars and Bars was all too often mistaken for the Stars and Stripes of the Union.  However, it caused its own problems with recognition - being seen, all too often, as a flag of surrender.
This flag above is the official Third (and final) National flag of The Confederacy, and was adopted in March 1865.  The red bar was placed to end the confusion over what it was.  Very shortly after its adoption, the Confederacy collapsed.
These flags and the Seal of The Confederacy, above, represent most of the other symbols of the Confederacy.

The flag on the left represented the secession of Louisiana
The blue flag with white star was the secessionist flag of Texas
the flag on the right was the Confederate Naval flag.
