In Memoriam
USS Cole
(DDG 67)
US Navy File Photo

On Thursday, 12 October 2000, the Aegis destroyer USS Cole (DDG 67) became a victim of a terrorist attack while docked in the port of Aden, Yemen.

The ship was part of a battle group that is helping enforce the U.N. oil embargo against Iraq.

Let us all remember these brave young souls who lost their lives in this terrible attack.

God Bless Them!
