| Great to see you have made it to my 2nd page :) Let me tell you just a little about myself . I was born in Montreal on a saturday August 2nd 1997 at 5:36 pm. Mommy and Daddy did have to wait 1 week before I arrived and showed them my charming beautiful face ;) I was 3610 gr and 51 cm(20") tall. I don't go to the doctors very often and so the last offcial weigh in was January of 2002. At that time I weighed 44 lbs(95%) and was 45" tall (90%). The doctor said that I was quite tall for my age ( 4 1/2 years ) I am trying to speak 3 languages, pfffff I guess my parents think I am superboy ;) But I must say I am doing quite well. I speak French most of the time but we are living in a French area and all my friends speak French. Mommy always talks to me in Dutch and I understand Everything she is saying. Oh I forgot to tell you my mommy is from Holland and daddy is from Quebec,Canada, that is where we now live. I can say many words and small sentences but I still reply in French most of the time. BUT when I go to Holland to visit Opa en Oma I start to speak more Dutch the longer I am there. I actually went to school there for 1 month in April 2002. It was great and it took me only 1 week before I started to speak Dutch . Febr. 3rd 2003 I will be going back to school there for 3 weeks and ofcourse visit with Opa en Oma. I also understand a lot in English but haven't started to speak it yet. Mommy and Daddy always speak English to each other so I start to pick it up more and more :) They can't keep many secrets from me anymore hihihihi. But sometimes I get confused a little, like with the word Horloge. In Holland that means a watch but in French it is the clock on your wall, but anyway I am only 5 1/2 years young so what do they expect :) I love playing outside and I have many friends in the neighborhood. My 3 best friends are Etienne ,Michael and Daphne. I play a lot with Etienne outside as he lives right behind us so I can walk there all by myself :) Etienne is sitting on the left, the other good looking boy is me :) This picture was taken Sept.2000. I guess mommy should start looking for a more recent one :) Well I hope you have enjoyed my little talk here and if you haven't seen my pictures yet don't let me hold you up any longer and hurry up on over there :) |
