Project 64 has been put on hold for now. The race engine and trans have been installed into a 1963 bug that I picked up at a local swap meet for $150 and is currently running at the local track here in Salt Lake City. Still tuning the bugs out of it to get it's full potential, but it feels like it's going to be capable of some quick times.
