My mainsail cover was getting very tired and it also was not full enough. Getting it on my VERY STIFF mainsail has been a real battle. I decided to have a new cover made to my specs instead of purchasing an off the shelf cover. I found that JSI in St. Petersburg, FL offered a custom Sunbrella cover for $140 less than West Marine's off the shelf version. Ordering was made easy with their online measurement form. It took me approximately 15 min to get all the measurements. I had it made with "twist" fasteners under the boom as well as on the forward side of mast. They were also offering a special deal by sewing the cover using Tenara (Gortex) thread at no extra charge. The cover was delivered via UPS ground 9 days after I placed the order. That's what I call great service. :-)
