These meditations are the beginning of a series of meditations I mean to produce they are designed to promote free spirituality and enhance spiritual well being
These meditations are free and are built around the basic concept of spirituality of being more free, happy and appreciative of the existance you live in now.
To do this I have come up with 6 meditations in which i hope the practitioners as those I have either taught it to or given gain great benifit.
