Eastern Adams Conservation District was established on February 15, 1951 to combat extreme erosion conditions resulting from the era known as "The Dirty Thirties". The goal of the District is to provide conservation education and the resources to further soil and water conservation within the district.

Calender of Events
Annual Tree Sale
One of the ongoing projects of the District is the annual tree sale.  Trees and supplies are provided at a nominal price to persons on 2 or more acres to help establish windbreaks,living snow fences, or wildlife habitats.  The District also has rental equipment available to help install the trees and weed barrier.

Surveying and designs for stock water tanks, dams, terrace diversions, grass waterways, stock water and irrigation water pipelines.
