WE
ARE GOING TO VIRGINIA BEACH!
May
10 through 13. We need a $100 deposit from each child by the 15th
of February to reserve the bus. Please don't forget to raise money
through fundraisers; the cost to each student for this privilege
is close to $450 apiece. See our fundraisers
page.
Notice:
The HIGH GROOVE STEELERS have lots of gigs this month (see updated
calendar.) Part of this money we raise is being used to fund the
TIA competition in Pennsylvania, New Jersey
and Maryland all this spring. We could still use drivers for this
among the steel drummers' parents.

Congratulations to those sixteen students who made All Shore.
April 6 and 7 is the performance. Don't miss it!
If
you're a parent, there are scores of reasons for joining our organization.
You get up-to-date news about fundraisers, concerts, band trips
and more. You get to stay in touch with Greg Sparks and EHS. And
most importantly, you get a say in how the band program at EHS
can benefit your child! Please come. The meetings last about an
hour or so. There are no dues. See you there! Next meeting is
in January.

Booster meetings are held the first Tuesday of every month at
7 pm. This date will be changed if there is a conflict with major
school events, holidays, inclement weather. See the calendar for
